Education experience ranges from new build colleges, schools and nurseries, to extensions and refurbishments. Working relations have been developed with the Jewish Education System London, Department of Education and various Education and Library Boards in Northern Ireland.
Healthcare
Healthcare experience ranges from nursing homes, residential homes, specialist care facilities, medical health centres and hospital works, with projects carried out at the Ulster Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, Antrim Hospital and the Altnagelvin Hospital.
Hotels
Hotel experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new build hotels, which have included conference facilities, leisure complexes, swimming pools, bars, restaurants and nightclubs either as part of hotel works or as separate identities.
Leisure
Leisure experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new build community centres, sports clubs, which have included areas such as multi-purpose halls, fitness suites, shower facilities, kids soft play areas and computer suites.
Transport
Transport experience ranges from refurbishment of existing bus and rail stations to new build bus stations and engineering workshops. More recently Simpson and Crawford Consulting have been involved with local service stations.
Commercial
Commercial experience ranges from new build shops and warehouses to large retail outlets. In addition to new build projects Simpson and Crawford Consulting have untaken refurbishment works associated with existing shops and retail outlets.
Offices
Office experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new build offices, which involve Conference Facilities, Canteens, Restaurants, Welfare Facilities, Server Rooms and Plant Areas.
Residential
Residential experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new build luxury housing, apartments and social housing developments, which involve renewable and sustainable energies where practical.
Community
Community experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new club houses and community centres for local community groups and groups further a field within London.
Churches
Church experience ranges from extensions and refurbishments to new build churches across a wide range of communities and denominations, including, which have included various specialist installations such as stage lighting, audio visual and public address systems.
Conservation
Conservation experience ranges from refurbishments to extensions of existing historic buildings. Recently we have been involved with a number of projects within St Anne’s Cathedral in Belfast one of Northern Ireland most prestigious historic buildings and the Thompson Pump House within the Titanic Quarter.
Due to the worldwide awareness of the Titanic and its associated birth place at Thompson Dry Dock, we felt it appropriate as Building Services Design Engineers to include additional photographs of the Thompson Pump House to celebrate its refurbishment as a Visitor’s Centre.
Specialist
Specialist installations have become the norm in many of our Client’s buildings, from integrated panel assemblies to disabled facilities, reception counters to full communication and data installations. The images below have been selected from various projects that have been completed.
